We are looking for a Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and help integrate sustainability into every aspect of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy.
• Track and report ESG performance using recognized frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to reduce carbon emissions, waste, water use, and energy consumption.
• Coordinate sustainability projects across departments.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
• Engage with suppliers to improve sustainable sourcing practices.
• Prepare annual sustainability reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Deliver sustainability training and awareness programs for employees.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or corporate responsibility.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting standards such as GRI, CDP, SASB, or CSRD.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with carbon accounting is an advantage.
